Fantasy Trade

I got a trade requst and wondering what others think.

The trade is I give up Jahvid Best and Mario Manningham and get BenJarvus Green-Ellis and Mike Williams (Tampa).

I also have Darren McFadden, Danny Woodhead, Demarco Murray for running backs and Andre Johnson, DAnny Amendola, Nate Burelson, Roy Williams, Austin Collie, Jason Witten and Kellen Winslow for WR.

Non PPR and play 2 backs and 3 receivers. Wondering what guys think as all of the ratings and reviews seem to say it is basically an even up trade with me possibly getting the better end. I know the guy that is offering the trade is big on Jahvid Best for some reason and seems to want him bad. This is the second trade he has proposed for him, the first being Cedric Benson as the RB offer.

i dunno, how many teams are in your league? Has to be 12 or 14 given your roster. Seems like a fairly even trade to me... if the guy really likes Best, try squeezing something else out of him

I dont think I would do this trade. I think williams and manningham will be pretty even. Bjge will be involved in the largest running back by commitee in the league while best has the workload to himself. If best stays healthy he will easily a top 12 back back while the law firm is top thirty at best. Best has rediculous upside and bjge has virtually none. I may be eating my words in a couole weeks if best gets injured, but I would have declined that trade the second I saw it

Yes it is a 12-team league and I am not so impresssed with my lineup myself so that is why I am even entertaining a trade before the season starts. Your advice is welcomed. Thanks.

I just think you should stick to your roster at the very least till Week 1 is up that will give you a feel for how guys are performing and what their roles will be. Of course dumping guys that were autodrafted for you is another story.
