When applying paneling, or tounge and groove to the studs, is it a good idea to glue to the studs?

What was the cost of the tongue and groove cedar?

All my tongue and groove is glued with PL-200 and nailed. As for the price of the cedar it was approx. $25 per 16 sq. ft. dont quote me on that I will have to check again. I choose to get pre fished wood rather than trying to finish it myself.

I just picked up all hole covers and oven today I will be updating photos all weekend!

Are those LED lights in the ceiling the accent lights from the save big money store? Will they be the primary lighting? I was thinking of adding them to my house but was worried they might not be bright enough. Have you tried them at night and if so are they bright enough for your liking?

There are only 4, correct?

All the lights in the house were purchased from superbrightleds.com. They are their 9 led recessed lights. There are 8 in the ceiling and very bright. I do have them put on a dimmer switch so they can be turned down. Each Light also has its own push button for on/off.

Looking good, travlingypsy. Really enjoy seeing the progress your making on the house. We sold our Grand Lodge last week and are currently looking for a shell so we can finish the inside to our liking. The Lodge was simply too big for us. Thanks for sharing all these pics. The ice will be here before we know it!

Everything is progressing well. All the cedar was purchased at Menards and was pre-finished. I plan to put a dinette in the rear with a bunk above that hinges to the ceiling.

Just wondering why you didn't stagger the joints in your tongue and grove cedar on the celing? Wouldn't this make it stronger and less likely to come apart?

Looks really nice Great build, I especially like the swivel camo seats.
