Boar, I thought I heard on the radio this weekend that the DMV was still open because that is run through the State Patrol's computer. Just couldn't get anything to do with the DNR. May be worth a phone call.

I know the DMV in buffalo was staying open but they said certain things they couldn't do

Yea tis open here to in crookston, sorry my bad, had heard DMV was down. A guy at work was told from a gal at dmv that he gonna have to wait to renew his liscense till after this is resoveled. So my bad for assuminmg. boar

So I can buy tabs for my truck? Or we don't know? I guess I could call I was just curious in reading this. I thought I read we couldn't license boats etc.

one would think you could still buy tabs but call ahead to check

You can buy tabs, the local deputies are just not able to send the stuff into the state for processing until they open back up but you get your tabs. Likewise Driver's Licenses you will get the paper receipt and be fine but you won't get a new hard card until whenever...

I'm with you man. One would think they would have it figured out by then...but who knows, common sense goes right out the window when you're dealing with the government, at any level. They already screwed over the tourism industry with their stunt over the 4th, let's just hope they don't screw over the hunting industry for this state too.
