Looking for Bass Oreno

Is there any place in the Twin Cities or anywhere for that matter besides E**y that sells them still? Looked at FleetFarm Gander MTN and Joes Sporting Goods and the Bass Pro in Fridley nothing yet. Any help. THANKS.

The good old Bass Oreno, that is almost all we ever used. That and a mousie. Man, did we catch fish on those. I think I still have a couple laying around here someplace, might have to dig them out and give them a try.

Used to use those a ton too! Started going to canada right after college with the guys and that is all we use to throw all week long for Northerns. We called them Broom stick handles. They are basically a broom stick handle with a carved out end - but they do have great action. I still have a plano tackle box with at least 15 of them in all kinds of colors...many of the traditional white with red head but also many in frog colors, black, green, etc...

I will keep an eye out for you...I am sure they are still being made because i run into them alot when I am in various stores.

Hey GreatOutdoors is that a bait shop in Ely that has them or a shop out in your garage or basement? If it is a bait shop could you mention the name? I saw them (Bass Orenos)at a Shell gas station in Litchfield last night.

They had quite a few on the peghooks.
