Awesome! Don't spend too much time staring at the me tube, though. Look up from time to time and appreciate the scenery. Also, check to see if the other people on the lake are catching fish.

Love my troller but where did you find the Performance Pack; I have called every store and looked at all websites...not one has them in stock. Even called Marcum and they said they won't start production again for a while, they are waiting on several components that are backordered.

Luv my troller also!!! Best feature is pour some water on ice, drop ur ducer and check for fish b4 drilling. Make sure u use the "ice" feature this weekend, mine froze up last week on me!

in what way does it not make it a flasher. is it in the dictionary? just because it is not round and the term for a flasher is –noun

1. a person or thing that flashes.

2. a flashing light operated by a switching device that automatically turns it on and off alternately.

Robert you have a sounder. The type of display is what differentiates between flasher or graph. Vertical display in your case.

I own both the Showdown and the Troller. I like them both, for the $$ the Troller is a great 1st first....er...."flasher" type thingy. It does it's intended purpose quite well and I love the fact that it fits in a jacket pocket. But you will one day want the full size unit with the finer more detailed display.
