Indoor Leagues Start This Week!

At least mine does. I'll be shooting the Animal League at Chilakoot Bowhunters near Somerset, WI. Pretty excited about getting back into a weekly regiment. Haven't shot the bow much since late October.

Anyone else shooting indoors this winter?

Not me. I don't even have a bow to shoot right now. Sounds like another month. I guess it'll leave me more time to spend on the ice however.

It is a private club, but we'd be happy to have you come out. The spot league starts tonight at 7, the Animal league starts tomorrow at 7.

We also have public shoots throughout the year.

Chilakoot puts on great 3d shoots! I have been to a dozen or so over the years. The course is hilly and they have alot of different targets to shoot at. A great way to spend an afternoon in the offseason.

I told my wife I "might" coach hockey for two more years, after that I'm done. Then it will be time to get more "shooting" (hunting and non-hunting) in.

Everyone's welcome. Last night was the first night of league shooting, but it's never too late to get started. We'll be there again next Thursday about 5:00, shooting for score starts at 7:00.

Had a great turnout last night with lot's of new members. As usual, I shot really good on the first (handicap) night. It'll be downhill from here for sure.
