fish frying oil

just wondering what everyone fries there fish in . how many guys use crisco lard, any difference at all ?

We use just veg. oil and fry magic love it

Half Peanut oil, Half Veg. Oil. Way better taste than Lard or Crisco.

I use olive oil

If I'm pan frying I use 1/2 regular crisco and 1/2 butter, when deep frying peanut oil.
