pike doctor
If the Vikings win on Sunday, and I give them about a 33% chance, I think you have to hire Frazier as the head coach. I think we will beat da Bears and Detoliet, but I think we lose to Philly. Other teams are already showing plenty of interest in him. And lets not forget all the good coordinators that we let go that went on to win the Superbowl so we could keep Dennis Green and Mike Tice (Dungy, Billick, Tomlin).I have been impressed by the lack of stupid penalties under Frazier, and the new energy that the team has been playing with. The play calling has been exponetially better the last two games as well. If we have less than 6 penalties and one turnover against the Giants we will win. Then I think Ziggy should offer him the job right after the game.
PierBridge
I would hope his hiring or non hiring won't be based on some silly meaningless wins or losses to end this dreadful season.

solbes
Let's not forget the real difference maker here. The players. A lot of them clearly were not playing at 100%, or even 75%, in the last 2/3rds of that Green Bay game. It was pathetic. I can understand the fact that Childress was not respected in the locker room or on the field. Frazier comes in, the players have a refresehd attitude, and we start playing like we should have all along. So in a sense you can't credit the winning solely to the head coach. But Frazier does show promise, and I do think he should be given some serious consideration in the off season. But I'm not ready to crown him yet. FISHINGURU
He definitely hasn't gave any reason not to like him yet. His philosophy has been great, smash the rock and play strong D. We were turning into a passing team which I didn't like because that means your not giving the ball to your best player enough which is Peterson. Fish Head
I like Frazier, but more importantly, the players like him. I've heard from several sources now that he listens to the players and asked for their input. Apparently Chili didn't want to hear what the players had to say. I think Frazier will develop into a good NFL coach. I hope they keep him around.
toughguy
Unless we can get a Gruden, Cowher type name I say give him a shot. He's earned it and the players obviously like him. I'd also like them to consider Rob Ryan. If he's anything like his brother and dad he'd keep things interesting around here.
