MuleShack
attending a couple games next year at the "kill zone"! A little agressive, but I think I like it . After listinging to this guy on the news and his pressers, he sounds like a down to earth blue chip type coach. It also sounds like he will coach the talent that he has and use it to his advantage, unlike a childress who changed the players to meet a system. It still is unclear if he will be able to recruit top notch athletes to the U, but only time will tell on that avenue...it will ultimately be the thing that makes or breaks him. It does sound like the local high school coaches like him and are willing to work with him to try to keep some of the talent in state. zepman
My brother had the opportunity to sit next to him on the plane back to Illinois the other day. He's been a Gopher season ticket holder for quite awhile now and he was really impressed with the guy. He loved his "blue-collar", down to earth attitude and came across as a very likeable guy.I think the U made a great choice with Kill and I would bet pretty good $$$ they will be going to a bowl game next year.
