Powerplant Lakes

Just wondering if there were any powerplant lakes in MN that allow fishing in the winter? I know I remember some of you going over to the Dakotas and fishing some, but is there any closer? Thanks!

i forgot the location exactly, but I know there is one in Madison, WI. 3-4hr drive. Its about 150-200 acres about. Caught a lot of neat fish out of it the last time I was there which was about 6 years ago. I remember catching endless amount of green sunfish, channel catfish, a lot of 4lbs-5lbs small mouths, a lot of 4lbs-5lbs large mouths, white bass and I swear, some gigantic whitebass or stripped bass or whipers. Didnt keep anything, but it was fun. You have to park by the gate and walk 1.5-2miles to the spot or ride a bike.
