whats your opinion on the fred bear charge bow???anything wrong with it?

haven't shot that one yet... but i have nothing bad to say about bear. i shoot an instinct and it is a decent bow for what i paid. i have heard very very good stuff about the Bear attack and really want to shoot it. Everyone makes such good bows right now you just gotta shoot a bunch of them and go with what you like. But Bear bows are of great quality and will last as long as u want them to.

havent shot the charge but i have a truth 2 and shot a few other bear before and the great thing about bear bows they all shot smooth, not speed bows besides the attack but nice bows IMO, go to a shop and shoot one see if you like it

Have to echo the above statements. I shoot the Showdown and love the bow. Shoots smooth and is Q U I E T!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Was target shooting the other day with two buddies before our hunt and they were both amazed at how quiet the bow was. Not nearly as fast as other bows (I think mine is about 275 fps), but will get the job done. Give the Charge a few arrows and I have no doubt you will like it.

I shot the Charge recently and it was a fairly heavy bow. Even the store employee said that was it's only real downfall.

I dont shoot one but my son does he loves it seems to shoot nice I would say its only downfall is a bit noisy but that can be fixed.

i got my first bow a few months ago , a bear charge rth , i love it , price was fair and the specs were good , 300 fps and 3.7 lbs. , as said above it was a bit noisy and it vibrated in my hand after i shot, some limb savers and cat wiskers did the trick to stop the vibration and noise , i would recommend shooting one for sure

Well i just purchased the bear charge, and I love it. Instantly after I shot is I knew I wanted it. Very good price, and a nice setup. The guy at the local gander mountain really helped me out.
