Jim Almquist
I have used the Salmon Ala Osberg on Salmon and Lake Trout and really love that recipe. I really like the cedar plank recipes but you need to use them with Salmon because they are a little strong for trout.
NEANGLER
Cedar plank is always a good choice but my wifes likes it when I put the fillets in a foil pouch with sliced sweet onions, butter, garlic, salt, dill and white wine and bake for about 15-20 minutes. Have some french bread to sop up the good stuff on the bootom of the pouch.

Farley
We mixed some grilled salmon in with some mayo, onion, a few spices and made like a salmon dip or your could spread it on a pc of bread. Was pretty good.
Harmonica Bear
Salmon, cream cheese, chives, and some Mrs. Dash, makes a mean dip as well. Put that on a triscuit, sitting on a tailgate, taking a break, dog napping..... good times.
