What would it take to run a new line to a campers LP stove?

Or what would it take to mend an existing line, it was a thin line that ran to the stove and the previous owner let the regulator hang off the frame when he took off, it boucned around and bent the line and the line snapped. I know it worked before, I saw it in action last year..

just wondering how hard it is to mend a line. Or would you advise seeking profesional help?

should be as simple as running a new copper line and installing new fittings. If you was closer I think Dad has a bunch of old lines out of a couple campers we turned into trailers.

I was wondering on the regulator, are they all specific to each appliance? Or are their "universal" ones or "standard" sounds better. It just seems better to run a new line and put on a new regulator.

Most of your camper regulators are standard.

Should be easy to run a new line also.

You can just braze/silver solder(not sweat) a coupling in. Cheap and easy if you know someone with atleast a MAPP gas torch. No flux just clean clean the pipe and fitting.

You can solder out side lines, not inside lines. Run a new line, the old one is probley brital .

I agree! A new line is cheap and probably much easier to replace it then try to repair. Much safer also!

If its outside I'd flare it and mount it to the trailer. From there to tank use a flexible gas hose. Or run a new line but still mount it by the tank and from there to tank use the flexible gas line.
