A pair of cardinals.

Recommended Posts

The light wasn't quite perfect, but I wanted to get the distant pine tree behind them when they landed in a certain part of the tree. A green bg is much more aesthetically pleasing than white, especially with a red subject. I have just 2 goals with these cardinals, with the first being able to get a shot of 2 at the same time and both in focus, and the other one of a male handing a seed to the female. The toughest part is the patience required.

Looks like you have found their favorite perch, so it shouldn’t take long for it to work out for you.

I didn't even notice they were on the same perch, until you mentioned it. The bird dropping is a dead giveaway. smile

Ken, you do realize that the couple of rb nuthatches you send, must be a romantic couple, right? grin
