Frozen shack

I have metal lined skids, with tabs welded from the bottom to top every 3'. A couple good swings of the hammer and she's free to go.

I don’t own a shack but like to read posts I have an idea I didn’t see. What if you go to the rental shop and use a 90# electric hammer. Seems like that what I would try might be easer than using a maul and chisel good luck

OK Marmot it's been at least two days now and 8 pages later and we need to know if that perms is loose yet or blown to smithereens . If it's still stuck all us fellas will need to re-supply our fridges with beer and liquor so we can continue this battle some more with our awesome spirited advise . That house is coming loose I tell ya, because once our stock is replenished we'll be ready fire on that poor little perm again . Next round it should flap the roof and send up the white styrofoam on the chimney staff to acknowledge defeat .

In defeat we will accept the skids just like General Lee had to hand over his sword . LOL

I second trapperdirk. It must be free by now. If not, one final thing you can do, not mentioned yet, is pick up an M9A1-7 flamethrower, surplus from Viet Nam. You should be able to get one cheap. They also have an updated M202A-1 version, with a 150' range, which is better than the old 130' max range. Wet down the house, hang fish on a wire around it, and let 'er rip. Pull house out of steaming water puddle, trailer up, and sit down and enjoy smoked fish.

With all of the interest in this shack's removal/demise, there ought to be some kind of a get-together to watch him get it out. Heck, we could even freeze a bunch of houses in and have a shack removal contest to see who puts up and who shuts up! All tools allowed unless proven illegal or seem just a little too dangerous. Using the honor system, of course.
