New to me 6800

Picked up a like new 6800 from c-list Thurs and got it out on Lida today. We didn't catch diddly but it was a GREAT day to be out with a new addition to my arsenal.

Wow that looks like a castle with all of them linked up like that. Nice!!Can you believe the trap link is no more? My bro inlaw and i have linked our guides together and wow that seems big in there.

We really like the link feature,four of us were fishing and we had plenty of room, it's a 20'X 6' portable when linked together.Perhaps there should be a GTG to see how many can be linked together. Call the Guiness Records People !!!

looks like someone did some mods to there voyaguer.. i like the rod storage .Does that fold down and the auger goes on top?... Looks like the inside of a space station in there sweet.

That's awesome. I bought a 6800 strictly for that purpose (base camp) between 2 Voyagers. It didn't work out so I sold it but that was exactly what I had in mind...

How did the heat hold in the middle? I'm assuming you had heat in each Trap and nothing in the middle.

Yes I modded out the old Voyager,the lid folds down with the auger on top. We had big buddies in the traps and a sunflower cooker in the middle..nice and warm.

Cool. I didn't realize there was a trap link on both sides of the 6800. I like that.

that looks sweet! I have a yukon and just ordered a trap link. Had a hard time finding one for the yukon. My plan is to find a used 5600 this summer for cheap.

Gotta admit, that looks awesome......I like how you adjusted the towing of the voyagers to you could link up quickly. what did you pull the voyager out there with????? Set up like that, 3 guys could fish mille lacs for a couple days with out coming to shore....
