T-shirts featuring metal bands - where to find them?

My brother-in-law is a big metalhead. I want to get him a new Metallica or Motorhead t-shirt for Xmas. Does anyone know what stores would carry them in the Twin Cities area? I live in St. Paul.

Hot Topic, otherwise there used to be a store called Razz! near the rotunda of MOA that may carry some, but there was always a mean old lady that worked there so I never liked going in there
