Coyote in Eden Prairie!

I've seen them here in EP for several years, but I've never had my camera. Yesterday morning I had 2 of them in my backyard and not

sure I could get a picture because of my broken wrist, I finally got off a few shots, not very good, but this one was the best. Maybe I'll get another chance when I can use the camera better! It was fun to watch how they hunt together.

I've heard them howl on Steiger before which isn't that far. Also saw one on the shore of Zumbra

Mc Coy lake is just below us and a small city owned natural area so I imagine they find enough to eat around here, this one sure looks well fed.

I had one run across 694 in Fridley right in front of me one morning on the way to work at 5:00am. And yes, I know what one looks like! I've had eoungh of them run by my Deer stand!

We live in Northern Burnsville and our property buts up against the Federally Protected Mn River Valley. We hear them howling all of the time. Wish we would see them!

I saw one crumpled against the cement divider on Hwy 100 just north of 50th street in Edina this past summer. (Positively ID'n roadkill at 60 mph has been a hobby of mine for years)
