Hauling the shack is alot easier on it. THe other nice thing is after the quad is loaded on the trailer,so is the shack.which of course is nice when you get to the lake bright and early in the AM.

The easiest way to do it is pick up a replacement sled and mount it on the back.I recomend 2x4's instead of aluminum. The wood allows some flex and isnt as hard on the atv rack if you stick it out there like I did.

I made mine out of 2 by 4's in about 20 min last year. I mount it to the rack with metal strapping so I can take it on and off easily.

The one problem with wood is weight I am planning on making one out of aluminum angle like crappiekid.

If you sent my an email I can easily send you some pics of mine.

2 2x4's is more than enough if you have a sled to mount to it. I broke my rear sub frame using aluminum. It was to stiff and tranfered the "bounce"directly to the frame instead of flexing and absorbing it. Of course it could have been from it hitting the ground while wheelying.LOL
