After reading about Manny's last act of stupidity. He gets pulled in the 8th inning, and LAD winning, he decides he has had enough and leaves the dugout with the game still going and takes a shower. He learns after the shower that they lost the game.

I was telling my niece how worthless he is during the game. The guy can hit like nobody, but too much stupidity. Later, found out about this bonehead move. She said it must be the guy I was talking about and she was right.

dodgers flat out do not make the playoffs last year if they do not have that monster 2nd half from manny after the trade with boston. Personally I hate the guy but that is why someone would want him on their team. He could easily be the difference between making the playoffs and getting all the extra revenue a club will get by making the playoffs or missing the div/wild card by 2 games. He's like the Terrell Owens of MLB. He is a good guy to have for the first year but

once he gets comfortable he keeps getting worse and worse. Should never be signed for more then a 1 yr contract. (the exception is this year as now Terrell Owens just basically stinks)

I would take 6 Nick Punto's over 1 manny. Why because in the 8th inning, I would know that they are on the bench and not in the shower. 1 person can not and will never make a team,
