Fitzgerald, my number 1 overall pick, has stunk it up all year. He should be due.

ya he is definitely due. i drafted gates as my TE and it took him a couple weeks to finally get a good week and he came thru last week huge.

it you have guys with talent like fitz, they are MUST starts. they have potential for huge games every week

Gotta Start Fitz even though they should be able to run the ball. I think it's going to be a shootout.

Between Moss and Marshall it's tough. Denver D has been good and I think it's going to be more short passes. I don't know if I completely trust marshall yet, but he's definitely coming around.

I think the 2nd starter would be Marshall, but I would have tempered expectations out of it.

Right now Im trying to decide between Steve Smith (NYG) and Hines Ward for my second WR. Leaning towards Smith...

What if Im starting Eli (my backup, Peyton on a bye) should I still play Smith? If Eli doesnt play well I could take a big big point loss in both my qb and wr slot, but if he does play well... Ugh its my first year playing fantasy, maybe Im over analyzing things.

If you're worried about Eli playing poorly, you wouldn't start him either. You're starting Eli, because you're expecting him to put up good numbers. As such, Smith stands to be the biggest recipient of that success. Start em both. Lots of points are going to be scored in this one.

I'm stuck at RB this week...I'm hoping all of em score big, but I'm worried:

Slaton vs Cin

Forte vs Atl

Rice vs MN

Ronnie Brown BYE

Not a bad platoon in a 12 team league (was able to trade for slaton early on for peanuts). My first thought is to go with Slaton and Forte, but Rice is leading the league in yds from scrimmage. Slaton is struggling, but Rice meets the Williams Wall. Any opinions?

rice is going to benefit from the pass rush - they're gonna get him involved in the underneath passing game. i'd start him and forte

I knew I should have played Hines Ward and Denver. Played Eli, Smith, and NYG defense. Lost lots of points on that one...

well so far my prediction is looking good. Rice had a monster game, we'll see if Forte does well too

Well it looks like im going to drop my first game of the season despite having easily the 2nd highest point total in the league this week and still having Roddy White to play. The guy im playing has Brees, Colston, Hines Ward, Thomas Jones, Mendenhall.....

On a seperate note, thank god CBS just went away from that patriots/titans game.....
