Jmnhunter
when do you guys start putting up your scrape drippers?I have one and used it a couple times with no sign
Musky Buck
I tried 1 two times and had zero activity with it and the deer seemed to avoid it as something unnatural maybe hanging over their trail, ripped em down and started getting the tcam photo's again. My faith in a scrape dripper is zero, but if it worked one time on a dandy it would be worth it. For all I know I used the wrong scent or who knows really. Set up a Tcam and you'd get an idea if it's being effective or not, mine was doing the opposite of what I was hoping.
Archerysniper
Normally I start my mock scrapes around Oct 20 normally this is when the pre rut chase phase starts around here I do not use a scent dripper but do use make a scrape it is treated dirt so your scent that you pour into the scrape will not soak into it and sits on top of it and slowly evaporates. I noticed today at GM they are sell ing a scrape starter called scrape dropper might give it a try,I have had very good luck starting mock scrapes and seeing or harvesting deer.
