GotOne
Make sure the cleaning tech-not just the company is an "IICRC certified cleaner". It's an acronym for: "The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification"-google it, you will get an education on carpet cleaning. MuleShack
we've tried numberous companies, some good and some cant figure out how to put the equipment together. We tried service master last time and they were very reasonable in price and did a great job. There is one outfit out of apple valley we used twice. The first time we got the owner and he did a great job. The second time we got some punk and I had to throw him out of the house.
