Dick's sporting goods have the clear ones. I havent seen ones with a zipper on them.

You can buy velcro and stick it on the bag also if you really want to lock the top.

I've seen them at Walmarts, Fleet farm, Runnings, Gander Mountain, and scheilds. I also know you could buy one online. Not a hard product to find.
