Crawdad attack!!!!

I have a small aquarium with my daughter's pet turtle in the lower level of the house. I caught a crawdad in a minnow trap last week and thought it would be an interesting addition to the turtle tank. My mom and stepdad spent the night on Friday. I heard a scream from the bathroom on the lower level on Saturday morning.

It turns out that the crawdaddy had crawled out of the tank at some point and was crawling around the floor. It ambushed my half asleep stepdad on Saturday morning and double pinched him on his barefoot. I don't think I've ever seen my mom laugh so hard....

Well I have a bad update to this story. After the attack yesterday morning, I tossed the crawdaddy back in the tank. I'm going fishing today, so I was thinking of using him as bait. Of course it was stupid to assume that it wouldn't escape again. Just checked the tank and it ain't in there. The wife wasn't happy about the stunt yesterday, so I better find it before something else happens....I'll keep the post updated.....
