Twins drop a 4 gamer......

Because the central is so strong and after the 4 dropped we are 3 1/2 games back. still have a good chance of going one and out.

We still can make it, we lost in a TOUGH venue, we have always had a hard time in New York. Heck, we only lost the series by a total of what, 5 runs I think. Long time to go before you can say we will miss the playoffs.

It's still May! Lots of baseball left. All games at Yankee Stadium were close and should have at least splitted the series if our bullpen was a bit better!

3.5 games back...big deal.

The pitching has to improve. I know it is early but pitching injuries usually hurt us later in the season.

besides yesterdays game, we should have won 9 or 10 strait. crain blew the last game with seattle which would have been a sweep. they do sweep detroit. game 1 with yankees we have the lead in the ninth inning but nathan blows the save. game 2 breslow gives up a dinger in the 11th inning, had the lead late in that one too. sunday had the lead in the 7th until they batted, slipped "mr. crain your neck" in the 10th, game over. yesterday poor first but they battled back all game. the pattern developed is our bullpen is the worst EVER and we strand way too many people on the bags!

Its my fault. Last friday afternoon I placed some Minnesota Twins stickers on my back window of my car. They haven't won since. If they get swept by Chicago, those $8 stickers WILL be scraped off.

Zamboni, take those stickers off now! Boy is that bullpen bad or what. Hopefully, this Henn can improve the bullpen. He didn't look too bad last night, even though he gave up a few runs.
