Line Conditioner

I have tried it. It does seem to help keep your line a little more flexible but I didn't notice a big difference. I don' know what kind you got but the stuff I had you just sprayed right on the spooled line on your reel and also sprayed down the guides. I believe it is supposed to help keep the sun from damaging flourocarbon line as well. I don't know if it does or not.

I use it a lot. Spray line after or during re-spooling and then give it a "shot" every now and then. Will make the line cast better and make it last longer. I re-spool about once every 2 weeks, so I couldn't tell you how much longer.

i use the kvd stuff quite a bite - seems to help power pro stay green a little longer but i think it is a neccessity when using fluro. put it on the night before and let it dry on - that is when it really shines - also spray on your guides in ice situations - keeps you fishing and not chipping.

Wish I knew this before the ice season - thanks for the tip. I'll give it a try next ice season.

I have some reel magic & the KVD stuff. Reel magic helps with stiffer line, but have to respray periodically throughout the day. I'll be trying the KVD stuff this summer - interested if it's efffects last longer than real magic.
