Down Deep
On Saturday a couple of my fishing buddies and I took a road trip to NWS show. Who is in the market for the $54,000 Lund Pro V 2025? I think that was a markdown from the low 60's. WOW. Those raised chromed LUND letters must add a lot to the cost. I did like the stainless drawers in the side and console storage compartments. Those 350 four strokes are huge. I notice that there were a lot more double booths and the arena was walled off about 5 rows short. But, there were enough offerings so just about anybody could find somewhere to go this summer. We had a good time and bought a few goodies. We also went to the Cabelas in Rodgers and stopped by the New Fleet Farm in Lino Lakes. We all left a few dollars at both places. The Fleet Farm's Fishing Dep. is huge and well stocked. Black_Bay
I went yesterday with my son and dad. We had a good time. Mostly we wanted to compare Lakemaster vs navionics chips. We opted for the Lakemaster Rainy/LOTW chip btw. You could definitely tell the economy has taken a bite out of things. Like guys said the show was smaller than past years. There were still plenty of people attending though.

Fish Head
Down Deep, I know the Lund Pro V you mentioned. I spent about 30 minutes sitting in that boat talking to Perry Good. Perry is very open and willing to share fishing knowledge and experiences. He's just a great guy. Other than the color, that is the same boat he'll be fishing in this summer. I can't imagine bringing that boat home and having to explain that purchase to the wife!!!
