Not sure about email but on here when you do a full reply, you can click on the video button and just past in the link to it.

I actually just went to the link under this video in Youtube and right clicked it and copied the link. Then I used the little icon that looks like a TV/computer screen in the bar above your posting box (if you mouseover it says "enter a media tag"), you know the bar that has those smilies and all the fonts and stuff. Click that, choose Youtube Video and paste your link in. Press ok. If you have any problems, just ask.
