does this unit have ajustable zoom . is only difference between this and 45 that it isn't digital and has less power?seems like a good unit for the cash. what do you guys that use them or hummingbird in general think of them?

I know some people who have ran this flasher and really like it, however I have no first hand experience with it. One thing though is they are useable in open water (well other than hanging the transducer over the side), so if you want to use a flasher in the boat you will need to get a Vex or Marcum.

I just purchased a 45 on Sunday. I don't know all the ins and outs yet, and I don't know all the differences between the 35 and 45. I used it for about 30 minutes Monday night and thought it worked good. Nice display, nice zoom feature.

I believe that all units (35, 45, 55) have adjustable zoom and dual beam features. I think the 45 gives you digital display and the 55 gives you digital display and 6 color. I probably missed a few additional features.

I have the 45 and really like it. This is the first flasher I have owned but have used others. I have not had any problems with mine. They come with a 2 year warranty so I figure I can always send it back after 23 months for the most updated version if problems develope.

I own this unit and yes it does have adjustable zoom. For the price, you can't go wrong. It also has 2 different cone angles and a battery gauge. Great unit!

I cant comment on the 35 or 45. I have the ice 55 and I really like it. From what I have seen so far. I cant think of a thing I would want on it that it doesnt have already. You will read that people are having problems with it goes through battery fast. I havent not see that at all. 6 hours of fishing and I still will have 80% of battery left.

35 sounds like the complete package for the money . and dual beams to boot! cant see spending 100 more just for digital display and more power. i use a vex now. wouldnt even know what to do with all that power. just had to checkout these cool birds!
