Um i dont really have a set size on a house as long as its in good condition and it depends on the house on what i will pay.

i have a 6X8 spear house with 2 spear holes. it has a door on each end of the house. treated 1/2 inch plywood on the floor and 3/8 inch plywood on the walls that are built out of 2X2s. it was only used one season and has been stored in a shed all summer.

is it insulated, and is there a heater in it if not thats not to big of a deal.

yes, the walls and the floor are both insulated

the house does not come with a heater, i always just used a mr. buddy

ya those heaters are always nice to i haved a couple and the insulated floor and walls are always a plus. Im gunna see if anyone else has a house on here that sounds good like that and compare prices if there are any other ones. so i will let you know if i will take ur house on wednesday i will have a post on here telling you if i will take it. Most likely i will.

i have a spear house for sale

4x6 insulated with no heater. it has skis on the back. fits in the back of the truck and can be loaded with one man. on early ice i put all my stuff in it and pull it out by hand. it has been used 2 seasons.
