mista heater questions

Inhabe the buddy heater and it just rips through 1lb tanks.

My question is do I have to buy a connected hose or what do I have to do to be able to hook it up to a 20lber??

you don't have to buy one you could make one if you have high the right hose and fittings and what not but i'm assuming you don't (cuz i didn't) so its just easier to buy one i bought one earlier this year for my portty and won't go back to 1lb tanks they only last 6hrs and i've been on the same 20lb tank for 3 wks now so you tell me if its worth it plus i'm sure that your family has a spare tank sittin around waitin to be used for summer so just tap into that gas supply

Make sure you get the filter.. you need to use the filter when you use the hose.. or you will end up with problems.

Get the filter and hose, makes up for the price of all those 1 lbers.

$100 plus for a big buddy, $40 for the hose, $10 for the filter and the look on your face when it dont work. PRICELESS!

Save some cash and pain and get a $40 Mr. Heater Cooker or tank mount and keeep the door or vent open a bit.

I only had problems with my big buddie when I didn't use a filter... I dont like the cooker as when I had it, I had a tendancy to burn a hole in my shelters.. I have yet to burn a hole in my otter with the big buddie.

I mount my sunflower on top of my 11 lb tank when it gets too cold for my little buddy heater.
