Walleye on the grill?

This one comes from my guide up at Cass Lake, Brian Jones, from First Choice Guides, and he said to take the fillets off but leave the skin on and rub the meat with mayonaise, garlic powder, onion powder, you can also add some parmesan cheese as well, whatever you like and grill it skin side down until the skin starts curling up a bit. You can serve it right in the skin and it falls right off with a little prodding from a fork. Tasty! You can also marinate the fillets in Italian Dressing and follow the same method. Enjoy!

Place on tin foil...slap a couple pads of butter on top...place several rings of a sweet onion on top...place a couple of fresh tomato slices on top...garlic salt and pepper...wrap up like a pouch and place on grill for 5-8 mins
