Touching bait after smoking???

I have seen and read about anglers dipping their hands in gas intentionally and still catching fish. Gas is not water soluble, and the fish can't smell it!

Smoke residue is water soluble, however.

I'll pass on da gas. confused

I would likely blow myself up before I catch a fish..since I do smoke.

wink

Thanks guys, I can't remember where the heck I found that to begin with. I figured it's better than putting a picture of my ugly mug holding a fish on here....
