Ice auger holder for 4 wheeler

My buddy is looking for an attachment for 4 wheeler that will hold his auger. Hitch or rack type. Any products he could look at?

2nd mad dog. I kep mine on the wheeler when I'm trailering it. solid as a rock.

I guess I don't or have not understood this post, as it has been asked many times.

we have racks on our wheeler, I just bunge it to the rear rack, its that simple. not much thinking involved, and it works great.

The Mad Dogs are 2 u or v shape pieces with, rubber gripies in side, that bolt on both sides of the rack designed for carring guns but the augers fit in them great. They are prety inexspesive starting at $24 for a set of 2.

I know my auger has marked up my rear fender from not getting it securded the way it should be. that is very cheap, I will have to look into those.

Yep, the mad dogs are great. They have the rubber strap that holds the auger in place as well. $24 is a cheap date for them.

I apologize for any confusion that I may have created for you. Yes straps do not involve thinking, which you prove in your next post. "marking up the fender, not securing the right way, I'll have to get the cheap holders". Thats why I made this post in the first place. I guess you cleared up your own confusion!!
