Super Slam 78 Digital arrows

Just wondering if anyone has shot the new Super Slam 78 Digital arrows. I know one guy who has and all he could say was aluminum is back. He said it was the best shooting arrow he ever shot for a hunting bow. I would like to he some more peoples thoughts on them. Thanks guys.

I'll never give up my carbons. I spent too much money on getting new aluminum arrows because the other ones bent on me! My carbons shoot very well for me anyways, why would I change back to the archaic aluminum arrows? Just my opinion.

I don't know if I'd say aluminum is back... alum shafts have been on the way out for the past 5 years. Every year more models and sizes are being discontinued. The XX78 just got a new face-lift... same shaft it's always been. Technology has come a long way in arrow shafts. It's hard to compete against carbons.

I shot them. I'm done with carbons for a while. Same wieght arrow was moving faster and had way more penatration. I'll finsh out the year with what I have. But next year its the super slams. As far as dings or bends I can deal with it.

I'm the happiest I have ever been since changing over to carbon shafts and thats where I will stay until a new arrow comes out that is proven to be better.

I'll stay with carbons also! I ran a shop for 13 yrs, and have straighten enough arrows to last my life time!

I'm still shooting carbon wrapped aluminums. One reason I'll never go back to all aluminums is noise. Going through the woods with carbons is tons quieter. No metallic clinks means more deer.
