Mallards

Here are some Mallards from the ponds on the other side of the highway from me. I was hoping to get some BIF shots, but these birds were a little too used to people. They would swim about 20 feet further out, but never fly off. As always C&C is welcome.

Love the third one. The color of the water sets off the plumage nicely. All the shots are nice and crisp.

Nice shots, Yak! I have real trouble getting good color in drake mallards. Yours look good!

Nice job on the mallards, I struggle getting the drake heads to look good, yours do.
