Does any one know where they are located? It is either Maple Lake or Annandale and I have drove around both looking for them but cannot find them. I want to go check out all their products. And do they have a showroom? Can I buy direct from them.

Maple Lake. And, they don't have a showroom. I would suggest calling them before you plan another trip.

I agree with Dave. They're on the north side of Maple Lake in an industrial park type area, and no showroom.

don't buy direct from them. you're better off going to a retailer. they sell at their msrp. most retailers are below that. I bought the monster box at the ice show last year. they have products on display, but don't sell them directly. I went to marine general, brought the salesman to the otter guy, and worked out a deal.

I would suggest going to the ice show in St. Paul and checking out all the shelters there. Otter will have all their houses set up for you to sit in and play with. You cant miss them they are at the bottom of the stairs as you come in the main entry.

You can usually get some good pricing there as well.

I live in Monticello so planning another trip there is not a problem. I was thinking of going to see if they have any seconds, Like the Monster box and a tub. I already have their 4 man house. But I am looking for the monster box and a auger tube for it. I guess I will have to look a little closer when I go through M.L.

machohorn, call up their number and ask for mandy. Then ask her about seconds. They might or might not have them, but incredible pricing and just like new from showroom, mine was actually new - with soome added dust, broken box, but perfect condition. Just something else to try since you are so close. Good luck.
