beer batter
So hurricane Ike has postponed the game between Houston and Baltimore until the Raven's bye week.Fantasy Football results for this week are all out of whack. Some scores won't be known for many weeks. What if McGahee or Andre Johnson gets injured prior to then? I doubt we can change our lineup for week 2 eight weeks down the road.I'm currently losing by 8 points but could come back to win in several weeks. I'm sure this is a first. Any league administrators put in special cases for this game?
LMITOUT
I told my league that if they start any Balt/Houston players this week and the game isn't played by Monday night, they will receive zero points for those players. End of story. If your league is going to retroactively adjust week #2 scores in eight weeks, that is absurd IMO.
B. Amish
i thought it was just considered a bye week for those teams. they'll rearrange the schedules and lose their regular bye week later in the year.
LMITOUT
That's correct, but there are fantasy leagues that couldn't adjust on that short of notice, as the word came out late Saturday night about the schedule change. The one thing to keep an eye on is that you may have drafted certain players so that their bye weeks don't overlap such as two QB's, PK's, or Def, and now they might due to the schedule change. beer batter
Looks like I'm out of luck. There won't be any retroactive scoring in 8 weeks. I'll chalk it up as my own fault, but there was no communication of this condition in either of the league's I play in. Would have been nice, but I'll put this on me. Cost me a game - bummer.
