Here may be the problem with trading away Slowey or Blackburn or Perkins.

1. we still have Livan

Ruesse this morning was talking about waivers on Boof after the 1st of Aug because the waivers are different after that.

The recall Liriano and put Blackburn in the pen.

Can't just bump Livan...Liriano when he comes up will be a starter.

Ideal situation would be to trade Livan for a prospect or two!

Yeah I can't see Livan being a strong option in the pen. His first two innings lately are brutal. C'mon Billy eject the tick and get Liriano up here already.

I've been a supporter of Livan...till last night. A crucial game in the biggest series of the year to-date and Livan let us down. BIG TIME. I't time to cut him and get Liriano back to the bigs.

And then there's Boof. How long can we let him keep giving up the big innings?
