I hope it's better than their TV coverage. Wow, was that horrible. Only five races left and then on to ESPN and Kyle Petty can go back to reliving his past somewhere else.

espn is worse in my eyes... they need to stick with one station the whole way through. TNT is cr@p

I am betting the tv ratings had to of dropped with TNT, it sucked big time! I guess I will take DW's ranting about Toyota and Kyle Bush any day over TNT version of coverage.

If you have high speed, MRN radio, The NASCAR leaderboard, and Racebuddy you didn't need to watch it on the tube. One screen showed four cameras at once, one screen showed the pit road camera, one screen showed an in car that you could vote on, one screen showed basically the same shot they showed on TV. You had the option of listening to scanner chatter or race cars. Spent more time watching the race on the laptop!

I don't know which is worse, the Pocono race or TNT.

Put the two together and you have a dud. You can tell it was their first race as the direction was horrible. Cutting to commercials by accident and all kinds of other mistakes. I was pretty surprised to see Larry Mac on there though. A couple weeks ago I heard a radio interview with him and at the end he took a pretty good jab at TNT. Apparently the TNT people weren't listening.

20+ laps of soundless racing was the best part. If you cranked the volume way way up, you could listen to a baseball game.

I got to watch most of the race but fell asleep for a hour, funny thing was I was'nt tired.

Is the MRN radio free to watch the race or do you have to sign up for a bunch of stuff. I may take that route next race.

MRN is the official radio brodcaster of NASCAR.

MRN is great!!! It just stinks you cant get it in or near the metro area. For us it is tv or nothing. Another reason to move farther north.

That's why I have Sirius Satellite - NASCAR Radio broadcasts every race, whether it is MRN or PRN. Also trucks and Nationwide races.
