The Beaver & the Squirrel..."Peek-A-Boo"

Recommended Posts

Just for the record ladies and gentlemen, the pic's that I've been posting to date were taken via my 70 X 200 L series. I am now in the market for a 100 X 400 which will greatly benefit me when I'm out in the field searching for subjects.

In the mean time, I'll keep hacking around with what I have!

Nice work, Stu! You'll like the 100-400. It's a great and flexible piece of glass. For nearly four years, almost all my nature and other photography was done with just three Canon lenses: The 100-400, 100 macro and 17-40.

Are you looking for new or used? I just shot you an e-mail with some good options in either case.

Stu, I just got my 100-400 a couple of weeks ago, I love it. Got a deep learning curve though I am finding especially out at 400mm with a hood on. Trying to hold it still is a hard thing to do.
