Traveling w' Wave Wackers

Do those of you who have Wave Wackers installed on your boat travel at highway speeds with them on or do you remove them every time you hit the road ?

I just installed a set and am curious.

I used to take mine off, but I don't anymore. Had em on my boat for over 10 years no problems towing with them on.

I've never taken mine off, if they are installed correctly you shouldn't have a problem with leaving them on when travelling.

I left mine on the boat almost every time I trailered it.

Thats great news, one less thing to do at the landing.

My boat kinda trailers with the bow a little high so I figure it would help cut the wind.

good to hear, i was going to ask the same question, i have a set i have to mount in a couple weeks.

I have had mine on my boat for about 15 years with no problems at all. Once a year I will clean them with a water and vinegar solution just to get rid of the hard water spots and while your at it wipe down the motor and give them all a fresh water rinse.
