Pimpin' The Scout

Heres all my mods (so far) this summer, that seats gonna get modified somehow (its brutal sitting on it)

Cupholder- These are sold at GM for $12:

Next is the lights: UFO or umbrella LED lights bought for $10.

I have a daughter, so I have these hair tie thingies laying around the house, so I wrapped one around the pole:

Then clipped light on with the clip it came with:

Next, I got some Sony speakers from Wal-Mart and some velcro, velcroed strips onto both the speakers and the back poles, stuck the speakers up, and ran the cord to the Ipod Touch, and stuck it into the storage pouch, sounds great!:

Hey wondering how much those speakers were and if they require any batteries. I've been thinkin about doin the same thing to hook up to my iPod. I also just bought two of those lights. They work pretty good.

Speakers were $30 at Wal-Mart, they take 3 "AAA"s or if at home, they also come with an AC adapter, which is nice, I use that when on the computer.

Huh? Can't listen to music while out there? I don't drink beer on the ice like some, so my day is spent in that chair fishing, listening to music makes it all the better

Yep...I would like to get a set of speakers like that too, I have something that would work, but I am kinda worried about bringing the iPod out there. We all know holes in the ice have an electronics magnatism. I like what you have done and that cup holder looks nice, might have to pick one of them up.

Nice set up. I have the stuff to put the system in my porty, but have not yet done it. You have given some good idea's though. Nothing like rock'in out when catching fish.
