Broken BuzzStix rod tip

I broke the rod tip of my BuzzStix combo for the 2nd time. I always keep it in a rod sleeve. I've repaired it again...but now the last eye is only about 1/2" from the 2nd eye. If it breaks again I won't be able to fix it. Anyone fix their rod tips multiple times?

You can take it to Thorne Brothers and they will just put a new tip on it for you.

You can keep doing what you're doing by glueing on a new tip top. If it gets down too low, you can remove the first eye below the tip top and glue the tip top on still.

The BuzzStick was a gift and I like it even though the reel is not the best. I found better reels at Cabelas and GanderMountain.

I wonder if I can move the vibrating bullet on the buzz to a different rod.
