Mike,

Your shot was very inspirational and I don't mean to copy, but this is a shot I took of my first grandchild a couple of years ago. I have some real inner battles about color vs. black and white. I seldom see b/w as a better aspect, however, your shot is the exception. This is a shot that I've always thought looked better in color, but now I'm not so sure. What opinions do you guys have? Thanks!

No apologies Necessary! That photo is wonderful. I think I prefer the color in this one. Mostly because I like the little pink feet. They don't have the same feel in B&W in my opinion.

I know those aren't the hands of a printer. Mine are never that clean!

For me it's the B&W that resonates, though I'd like to see the shadow wrinkles in the skin a little darker. Color or B&W, both are winners.

Ok, To break the Tie, I am going to vote color on this one. I love B/W photo's but my personal feeling is that this subject is better off in nice living color. great shot!

I like the color one, myself. The pink toes are too cute to be b&w. What a great composition!
