Deer processing near Elk River

Does anyone have a recommendation for a deer processor near Elk River/Zimmerman/Princeton? If so, do you know the cost?

I haven't got one yet but hope to do so within the next week or so.

I really like the sticks at Von Hanson's (one in Blaine). I prefer the hot sticks with hot cheese but all of their sticks are good. The fry sausage is good as well. I don't care for their summer sausage, I get that done down South.

They charge me $110 to remove the meat from the bone on my buck this year. I think the sticks were $4.50/lb. They list their processing fees on their HSOforum.

elk river meats.........reasonable pricing and great results....only open a few days in the week so you might want to find out the hours......

We butcher our own now but have had great results with Elk River meats in the past also.
