Thought I'd post something "different" tonight! ...I saw this dragonfly floating on the water's surface while fly fishing from my canoe earlier this summer...and a few other images from this past summer...

All very nice as usual. That dragon fly is very cool but that fresh fish looks too good to pass up. Looks like you had enough for all of us but I didn't see an invite.

Jonny, I'm on the dragonfly train too. Love that one. Although I must say, here it's 10 a.m. and I'm working at my desk and haven't had breakfast, so those shore lunch pics are making my stomach grumble.

I believe tonight's full moon will be the largest in some years.

And a clear sky to see it! Unbelievable! Say, tried to take some last night and had to fiddle for quite awhile to find a combo that would work. I've read threads where people have stacked TC after TC to get as close to the moon as possible. Even so, it is difficult to get the right exposure for a full moon. Any helpful hints, oh Master?

anything i can do with a lense thats only 55 mm i wish i had a zoom lense been fixen to buy one but have been too poor latley
