RinkRat - these guys are right on. Throw as late as you want. My first fish over 50" was caught on a topwater during the last weekend of a cold October. Good luck with the rest of your season.

If it looks like this outside...its not to late for topwater

I have always had good luck on topwaters in the snow, why that is I don't know but it produces. Theory is the sky color/light enhances the bait or makes a better profile?

Thanksgiving weekend as I recall.... you crack me up! True though, they will produce, all fall/winter..... I've been moving both pure strain and tigers topside still consistently this fall, however, no snow is falling.
