Minor question????

Has any one got a Minor In possession in North Dakota? If so what did they all give you?

$350 fine. two months of awareness classes that cost me an additional $150. what really sucked was being 21 in the calsses. i got it two weeks before my 21st birthday. this was 8 years ago though so i'm sure the fines have changed.

Eggdish, you drink? I can not beleive you were drinking before your 21st birthday. The day I turned 21 was my 1st beer.

Did you have to drive back to ND to take the classes?

i alredy had to drive 400 miles at 5:00 in the morning to get there to find out that the judge didnt have my police report and sent me home and told me to come back later. he told me though that i could get like a $1,000 fine plus a $300 court fee and even up to 30 days in jail! for ONE beer!

I wonder what would happen if you just do not go back to ND! I know for driving violations, just do not go back to that state, but for a chime I do not know?

yea Not only does North Dakota get ya good on the price of a hunting license, they also do a good job getting you to spend lots in the court too.

I know in MN that its just a fine of $180 and thats that.

My Grandfather got one over there in about 1910 and his dad (My Great Grandfather) had to pay the fine for him.

1 pig and 4 chickens. (The pig had 3 legs)

Its North Dakota! I think they had marshell law up untill the 80's.
